Step 1: excavation of foundation pit

Foundation pit width: 500mm

Foundation pit depth: 1200mm

Step 2: lay the bottom datum

The bottom layer of the foundation pit shall be paved with bricks.

Thickness of masonry layer: 200mm

Note: the masonry layer shall be paved without any inclination angle.


Step 3: laying drainage channel (1)

The drainage channel is made of bricks on the gravel laid in advance.

Width of drainage channel: 100mm

Height: 100mm

Note: the bricks on both sides of the drainage channel must be laid flat without inclination angle. The bottom of the drainage channel shall have an inclined angle to facilitate drainage.

According to the number of lifting columns, build a layer above the drainage channel to cover the drainage channel, so as to avoid filling the drainage channel when pouring cement.


Step 4: place the bollards

After the drainage channel is completed, place the lifting column in sequence according to the plan, adjust the horizontal angle, and ensure that the lifting column is flush with the road surface (very important).

Note: when placing the lifting column, the reserved wire direction shall be uniform. The drainage holes of the equipment shall be aligned with the drainage channel.


Step 5: fixed equipment

After making sure the equipment is level with the ground, fill in a small amount of cement to fix the equipment.

Note: during fixing the equipment, make sure that the equipment does not move to lead to tilting. The amount of cement filled shall be based on the ability to fix the equipment, and there is no standard amount.


Step 6: equipment wiring

Rvv3 * 2.5 cable is used for TV line and 4 * 1.5 cable is used for LED warning light. Plug PVC pipe into the control box after connection.

Note: PVC pipes shall not be bonded until the power on test is successful.


Step 7: control box wiring

According to the figure, the connection method of the control box is shown, and the motor wires are respectively connected to the positive and negative lines of the motor and the common line led lamp group to connect the positive and negative lines of the lamp group.

Note: do not connect the motor wire reversely, otherwise the lifting column will rise and fall in the opposite direction to the remote control.


Step 8: debugging

After the control box is connected, carry out power on test to ensure that the lifting is normal and the direction of the lifting and lowering is the same as that of the remote control.

Note: if the direction of the lifting is not the same as that of the remote control, the motor line shall be connected reversely and the motor line in the control box shall be replaced.


Step 9: Backfill rammed earth

After the equipment commissioning is correct, fill in the sand and tamp it, leaving a space of 200 mm from the ground.

Note: make sure the equipment is parallel to the ground during compaction.


Step 10: pave the ground

Only when the bollard is parallel to the ground, can cement be poured on the rammed earth layer, which is flush with the ground, and the road surface can be restored.

Note: in order to prevent cement splashing into the top of the bollards, plastic film can be used to cover the top of the bollards. After pouring, cut the film with a knife.
