Operating Instructions for Setting Walk Through Temperature Detection Control Box
Part 1: Assembly:
1. Remove the packaging, fix the gate frame, and fix the temperature measuring box on the gate frame;
2. Plugin the power supply; the screen shows that it is starting up; wait for 1 ~ 3 seconds, "0000" appears on the screen of the box, and it alternately flashes red and green, indicating that the startup is complete;
Part 2: Commissioning:
Generally, it is set to the fast-pass mode when leaving the factory; that is, the mode used after booting;
Proceed as follows:
1. Click on the "Setup Menu" on the screen;
2. Click "Mode Setting" and set to "MODE 6" through "+" or "-"; it is normal after seeing MODE 6;
Click "Finish" on the screen; save the above confirmation mode;
Next, we set the bias temperature value and high-temperature alarm value in this mode; the steps are as follows:
1. Set the bias value:
(1) Click: "Environmental parameters";
See: 6.5 or 7.0; adjust with ",-" key;
This value is the adjustment to increase or decrease the test result. If the temperature is high, the parameter value is decreased, otherwise, it is increased.
(2) Click the "Confirm" button again to save;
2. High temperature alarm setting;
(1) Click: "Alarm temperature 2";
(2) Adjust by "+,-" key;
(3) Click the "Confirm" button again to save;
(If it is already 37.5 degrees, don't care, this value is the alarm value of how much temperature);
3. Alarm temperature 1 setting;
(1) Click: "Alarm temperature 1";
(2) Adjust by "+,-" key;
(3) Click the "Confirm" button again to save;
(The system default value is 35.0 degrees, that is, the measured temperature exceeds 35.0 degrees, and the green light is on);
4. Sensing distance setting;
(1) Click: "Alarm temperature 2";
(2) Use the "+,-" keys to adjust the sensing distance;
(3) Click the "Confirm" button again to save;
(If it is already 55, ignore it, this value is to start the temperature measurement program when the person reaches 55CM in front of the body temperature box);
5. Alarm duration setting;
(1) Click: "Alarm time";
(2) Use the "+,-" keys to adjust the sensing distance;
(3) Click the "Confirm" button again to save;
(If it is already 1500, ignore it, this value is the length of the temperature abnormal alarm time);
6. Restore factory settings;
(1) Click: "Restore Factory";
The system prompts you whether to clear the statistical data. After selecting, click the "Confirm" button to save;
After all parameters are set, click "Finish".
