Correct installation method of boom barrier gate
Selection of installation location
According to the requirements of customers to determine the installation position of the barrier, the following requirements should be noted:
1. The installation position must be able to make the barrier bar run in the angle between vertical and horizontal.
2. If the installation foundation is not made, the installation surface must be able to fix the box firmly, so that the stop bar can run stably.
3. If the installation foundation is made, it is recommended to use quick drying cement, and the installation foundation shall not be less than 800 * 800 * 150mm, and the installation surface shall be horizontal.
Determination of installation hole position
1. The installation hole position can be determined according to the following dimensions on the installation surface.
2. The gate box can also be placed on the installation surface and marked on the installation surface through the installation hole position of the box.
Power line laying
Lay the power line from the power supply to the gate box. The specification of the power line is rvv3 × 1.5mm or greater.
Box installation
1. Drill holes on the installation hole with a 14mm diameter impact drill bit, with a depth of about 100mm.
2. Drive the expansion bolt with diameter of 12mm into the installation hole, tighten the nut and withdraw the nut.
3. Place the gate box on the installation hole, while tightening the nut, adjust the verticality of the gate box to make the box vertical, and finally fix the box firmly.
Retaining rod fixing
Align the baffle clamp plate with the hole position of the baffle rod, insert the bolt with the diameter of 12mm, and then fix the baffle bar on the retaining rod fixing plate of the barrier gate box.
