Installation Guide
1. Pre-Installation Preparation
Ground Treatment: The installation surface must be level (tolerance ≤3mm), preferably hardened concrete with strength ≥C20.
Conduit Pre-Burial: Pre-embed conduits containing:
Power cable: 3×1.5mm² copper wire for 220V AC
Control cable: 4×0.5mm² shielded wire (for access control/identification devices)
Installation Spacing: Reserve 550~600mm for the passage width, and ≥100mm maintenance space on both sides of the device.
2. Installation Steps
Positioning & Drilling: Mark and drill holes according to the base mounting holes, pre-embed M10 expansion bolts (4 pieces per unit).
Securing the Device: Align the turnstile base with the bolts, install flat washers and spring washers, then tighten the nuts to ensure the device is stable without shaking.
Wiring & Debugging (Power Off Operation):
Connect the power cable (Live L / Neutral N / Ground PE).
Connect the access control/identification device signals (dry contact / 12V level signal, refer to the mainboard labels).
Connect the optional fire linkage signal to enable automatic opening during power failure or fire alarm.
Power-On Test:
Verify normal power supply voltage and no short circuits before powering on.
Test opening/closing actions, adjust the turnstile arm to a horizontal position to ensure smooth operation without jamming.

1. Basic Passage Process
The user verifies identity via card swiping, face recognition, or QR code scanning for the dual lane tripod turnstile .
The turnstile receives the opening signal, unlocks the corresponding direction core, allowing the arm to rotate.
The user pushes the arm to pass through, and the arm automatically resets and locks after passage.
If the user fails to pass within the set time (adjustable, default 10s), the turnstile automatically resets and locks.
