A parking space barrier is a vehicle blocking device installed on an individual parking space to prevent unauthorized vehicles from occupying that space. Unlike traditional parking lot entrance barriers, it controls access permissions at the parking space level, rather than the entire parking lot entrance and exit.

3.1 Automatic Limit Switch Detection Without Limit Switches
After power-on, the mechanical system automatically detects the raising and lowering position of the gate arm, eliminating the need for manual limit switch settings. 3.2 Direct Drive with a DC Brushless Motor
The parking space barrier is directly driven by a DC24V brushless motor, eliminating the need for traditional belt or gear transmissions. This results in less transmission impact and smoother operation. The brushless motor solution offers superior stability compared to brushed motors in low-temperature environments, and its design life reaches millions of cycles.

3.3 Obstacle Detection and Pressure Detection
The gate can be equipped with radar or other devices to achieve an obstacle detection and rebound function. If external obstruction (such as a vehicle or pedestrian entering) is detected during the gate arm's descent, it will immediately stop falling and reverse to raise the arm, preventing accidents such as vehicles or people being injured.

Installation conditions
Our parking space barrier should be installed on flat, solid cement foundation piers and should be kept horizontal and not tilted. The installation position is directly behind the parking space, with the gate rod facing the entrance of the parking space. It is necessary to ensure that the foundation of the gate is stable to prevent the chassis from tilting due to ground subsidence and affecting the operation.

Routine Maintenance

Regularly clean dust and debris from the enclosure surface to keep the equipment clean.

Monthly check for loose or missing fasteners and tighten them promptly.

Having easily worn parts inspected by a professional every six months and replacing worn components as needed.

Regularly check the spring balance and transmission mechanism according to operating frequency.
