DC 24V 200W Brushless Barrier Gate Mechanism
Anxia barrier gate mechanism is constructed with a die-cast aluminum alloy body. Equipped with a high-precision SCM421 alloy steel gear reduction system, it ensures exceptional transmission efficiency and superior wear resistance. Powered by a 24V high-torque brushless DC motor, it supports stepless speed regulation and incorporates deceleration and cushioning functions at the end of both opening and closing strokes, guaranteeing smooth and stable boom movements. Furthermore, the low-voltage (DC 24V) safety power supply completely eliminates electric shock risks, achieving a perfect synergy of robustness, precision, and operational safety.
1. Side‑Mount Compact Design – Easy Installation
The Barrier Gate Mechanism features a side‑mounted layout that saves space and simplifies installation. The right side is anchored with six embedded studs (φ18×20), while the left side is secured with six M10×40 hexagon head screws – quick, stable, and maintenance‑friendly.
2. Die‑Cast Aluminum Alloy Housing – Strong & Heat‑Dissipating
The main body is precision die‑cast from high‑grade aluminium alloy, offering excellent mechanical strength, attractive appearance, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance, while also promoting efficient heat dissipation.
3. Precision Gear Reduction – High Efficiency & Long Life
Instead of traditional worm gears, this barrier gate mechanism uses a gear‑reduction transmission with minimal power loss. The gears are made of SCM421 alloy steel, subjected to carburising heat treatment and precision grinding, resulting in high surface hardness, tough cores, and outstanding wear and impact resistance. Service life significantly exceeds that of worm‑gear designs – a core guarantee of lasting reliability.
4. Brushless DC Motor – Precise & Smooth
The high‑torque, compact BLDC motor allows stepless speed adjustment via the controller. At the end of both up and down strokes, an integrated deceleration and cushioning mechanism activates to eliminate hard stops, ensuring smooth, gentle arm movement – improving user experience and extending the life of barrier gate mechanism.
5. DC 24 V Safety Extra‑Low Voltage (SELV)
The entire mechanism operates at DC 24 V – a SELV level that completely eliminates the risk of electric shock from leakage. This is especially critical in wet outdoor environments, ensuring safety for operators and maintenance personnel.
